We are wanting a new kitchen/bedroom where do we start?

We would suggest firstly to visit our showroom to see first hand all of our displays and maybe get some ideas. Then we can arrange a home visit at a time to suit yourselves, this should take no more than an hour giving us time to take adequate measurements of the room, and answer any questions you may have.

How much should we expect to pay for our new kitchen?

The "million dollar" question, it all depends on the size of your kitchen, which appliances and worksurfaces you choose. We have supplied and fitted kitchens from £4,000 to over £30,000 and we provide a comprehensive service, from the very first phone call to the final part of the installation and of course our full after sales service.

Will we have to pay a deposit when ordering our kitchen/bedroom?

Yes we ask for a 25% deposit on the initial order as every kitchen / bedroom is manufactured specifically for you. Then we request a further 50% of the total price on the first day of installation when all the cabinets and appliances are delivered. The remaining 25% is payable when installation is completed and you are fully satisfied.

What are your guarantee's?

A full 10 year guarantee on the fitting, cabinet's and worktops subject to fair wear and tear. Most of our appliances come with a full two year part's and labour warranty.

What about tiling and plastering or minor building work?

No problem we work very closely with these tradesmen and everything can be arranged and a schedule of works would be put together to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How long should we expect the installation to go on for?

An average sie kitchen can be completed within one week (excluding tiling and decorating). Sink and cooking facilities are usually "back on" within three days. If you are having granite or corian worktops then two to three weeks for the fitting of the worktops, but temporary tops and a sink can be fitted.
