Q: We are wanting a new kitchen/bedroom where do we start.
A: We would suggest firstly to visit our showroom to see first hand all of our displays and maybe get some ideas. Then we can arrange a home visit at a time to suit yourselves this should take no more than an hour, giving us time to take Adequate measurements of the room, and answer any questions you may have.
Q: How much should we expect to pay for our new kitchen
A: The “million dollar” question, all depends on the size of your kitchen which appliances & worksurfaces you choose, We have supplied and fitted kitchens from £4000 to £30,000 but we do provide a comprehensive service, from the very first phone call to the final part of the installation and of course our full after sales service.
Q: Will we have to pay a deposit when ordering our kitchen/bedroom.
A: Yes we ask for a 25% deposit on the initial order as every kitchen/bedroom is manufactured specifically for you. Then we request a further 50% of the total price on the first day of installation when all the cabinets & appliances are delivered. The remaining 25% is payable when installation is completed and you are fully satisfied.
Q: What is your guarantee’s
A: A full 10 year guarantee on the fitting, cabinet’s and worktops subject to fair wear & tear. Most of our appliances come with a full 2 year part’s and labour warranty.
Q: What about tiling and plastering or minor building work
A: No problem we work very closely with these tradesman and everything can be arranged, a schedule of works would be put together to ensure everything runs smoothly
Q: How long should we expect the installation to go on for.
A: An average size kitchen can be completed within 1 week (excluding tiling & decorating).Sink & cooking facility’s are usually “back on” within 3 days. If you are having granite or corian worktops then 2 to 3 weeks for the fitting of the worktops, but temporary tops & a sink can be fitted
